Conference Season Part 5:
There are nearly 20,000 franchise Auto dealerships in the US. With the advent of huge independent operations now numbering in the thousands as well, what does good attendance of Dealership Leadership look like for a forward thinking conference or event?

And how many attendees of any given conference are the same ones at every conference, and primarily Vendors?

Are we missing the mark?

If an event has been in play for at least 7 years and is still only attracting the same size audience has it lost its impact or never found traction?

Is it time to rethink what innovation looks like?

Is it time to reimagine these events?

Or will they limp along and continue to be gatherings only of those whose companies have the budgets?

How do we get the right people to the right events?

How can we each increase the value and also the expectations that we have for these events?
