Ready, Set, Strategy: The Dealer Group Edition
My luggage had barely moved back to its resting place when the call came in Monday morning. Would I be willing to take off the next day to visit with a dealer group for the rest of the week?
This was to be my home office week after extended time away.
But I had been referred to this Dealer by some tremendous industry colleagues, met with them via video last week and was impressed by their progressive mindset.
It's been an incredible week, full of possibilities, opportunities and good teams.
Things were going so well we hadn't even checked the clock and apparently it's golf league night. So with no time no time remaining to finish our conversation, here I am, driving a golf cart for my new favorite dealer tonight.
I love a great project and especially strong leaders committed to and willing to press forward powerfully.
