Responsibilities will include:
📌Manage and Lead Customer Success Activities
Onboarding, Training, Customer Support
📌Driving Strong Customer Outcomes
Increase renewals and keep churn low
Expand revenue through cross and up-sell
📌Monitor and Measure Effectiveness
Define + establish desired operational metrics
Create reports for Executive team
📌Lead a Strong Team
Recruit contributors and Managers
Develop onboarding and performance processes for team
Foster collaborative style within team and cross-departmentally
📌Enhance Effectiveness via Technology
🎯Relevant experience required, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree.

👉Proven experience as a DMS or DMM
