It begins with empowering the women that have already graced us with their presence and then we move on to designing the industry to be more attractive so that more women will even be interested in joining us.

But this alone shows me the absence of women in leadership roles.
Right now a void remains in giving women of all persuasions and races and cultures across all the myriad sectors of automotive clear and actionable pactionable paths.
