I want to openly thank the hundreds of you who reached out through every possible communication channel this past week to offer your support and encouragement.
We can use moments of pain to remind us of the love that remains, the friendships yet to come and the future we are committed to create for ourselves and others.
I am recommitting myself to the importance of the mission I'm on to lift others throughout our industry and help all companies better serve each other and our customers.
Loss is often unpreventable and never welcome.
