been hired in... and the managers forgot they were even starting that
day! Or if you were working at a dealership and there was somebody
wandering around who was supposed to start and no one knew who

Embarrassing at best. Disastrous at worst!
And we wonder why we have an Employee Retention and
Performance concern?
