Thank you to my many trusted friends and colleagues who have helped me as I shape my company into what it has become today.

They asked me the tough questions about clarifying my brand.

So here I am, proud to share that we are taking on Churn Management with our impactful 'Automotive Performance Plus' program.

I began socializing this program at conferences and here on LinkedIn, referencing how I can take all I do and have done to help vendors/suppliers in Automotive overcome the expense and chaos brought on by Cancellations resulting in Churn.

The lights went on!!!

My message was clear and the need for overcoming Churn and bolstering Retention is a much greater need than my initial research had shown.

My colleagues are sharing it with their clients.
