Yes, I see the 'disruption' signals in the market place, but it's only as fearful or painful as what we allow it to be.
Change has always been happening...we must surround ourself with the right people and do what is necessary to stay and get ahead of change, disruption, the economy, the competition, whatever it might be at the moment.
