I am constantly asked if I am available to provide One-on-One mentorship. As you have seen me write this year, I have had to apply greater rigor with my time as a business owner and entrepreneur to drive further impact faster for our industry.
And I like to say yes. A big yes! But it's simply not always feasible or scalable.
However, as a performance strategist you know I will find a solution.
We are still finalizing details but starting in January, we will launch a group for 12 to 15 women who are already in management, directorship or VP ranks to join a group mentorship program sponsored by turned by Foster Strategies Group.
This will not be a casual commitment by us or participants.
We will have ongoing growth and expectations embedded. If you want us to take your career needs seriously, you'll be required to do the same.
We are already in communication with partners who will be allies for the work we are doing.
We remain open to other contributors.
