I heard this on a podcast recently and had to hit PAUSE, REWIND, PAUSE again to write down these 8 powerful words...and studied it for a few minutes.
I have it on a sticky note on my desk as a reminder of how to help others...and myself, frankly.
The context was having a Growth Mindset, but the challenges even for those who fancy themselves progressive and open-minded.
