1) Desire. And know your 'Why'
2) Commitment. There are no short cuts. It takes time, effort and work when no one is looking.
3) Mentors. You may have to skip that. But do find communities. We now have the luxury of 'others' we didn't have 20 years ago.
4) Education. Add daily to your knowledge, assimilate it into your work, test it with others and share.
5) Community. Join a group of others like you.
