I don't know a single #DealerPrincipal/ #Owner/ #GeneralManager or #GM who wants to hear this.
However, it's being said far too often in real life. Yes, I see and hear everything.
Seriously, Dealer friends of mine, are you okay with this? I didn't think so. Do you want to know why?
The crux of this comes down to archaic BDC pay structures. Your people want to keep their % high- not necessarily what you are looking for: Volume. Mis-alignment.
