Your Calendar is not Your Customer and Employees' Calendar
aka 'The They Never Think About You, Just Themselves' Edition

👉 Who Will Benefit: Business Owners, Company and Marketing Leaders:

At this point in the year, many companies are scrambling to hit their forecast EOY goals.

At no point in the year do your customers, and often your employees, care about your timelines.

What calendar and timelines do they care about? Theirs.

Step back and look now at your 2023 Calendar. What are you doing, when are you doing it and WHY?! How did this same plan work for you to this point in '22, '21, ....?

As we think about these last several weeks of the year, most companies have not taken the opportunity to factor in their Customers' and Employees' busy schedules with holiday distractions, et al.

So here is your tip!

⭐ Since we all know how busy the holiday season gets, when would you like to review your current standings with us?

⭐ Since we know you want to be ready for a powerful 2023, let's find time prior to the busy holiday season and before the New Year begins to get you on the right track to success.

⭐ Since you and your leaders are likely to get busy as the year starts to close, let's schedule a call now so we take advantage of the time when many people are coasting through the EOY.

You've done several things here:
1) Created collaboration and agreement- 'We all know'- hard to disagree with these statements.

2) You have built in Urgency based on real challenges they might not have considered.

3) You can fill in your schedule with progressive-minded or desperate customers ready to make a difference,

4) You have demonstrated your Leadership by helping them avoid costly delays and so on.

5) You have proven yourself to be a trusted, active Partner.

While your company may be pressing everyone to hit EOY goals, remember that relevant messages need to be timely and address their realities and hopes for success. Help them first, they will help you.

Stop pushing for meetings and Start being a proactive advisor and partner.

When you make the timing make sense for their world, your meetings will go farther, faster.
