In the past, I may have given myself 'latitude'.. No one else may have ever known, but I did and it was my responsibility to course-correct.
⭐Matt Higgins, one of my favorite business leaders, recommends rewriting our contracts with ourselves, making sure the non-negotiables are never up for negotiation.
