There are things we don't know we don't know and things we know that we don't know enough about.
It's our personal responsibility to move things that we know we don't know enough about into the category of 'knowing more' and increasing our awareness.
It's also a great leader who finds out they don't know something who takes the brave steps, the honest steps to learn and grow.
