On The Final Leg of My Latest Adventure That Almost Did Not Happen: The Check Your Passport's Renewal Date Edition
I won't even try to count the flights and trains and taxis, many only made by minor and major miracles. My determination paired with countless human angels and luck.
I have so much to share with you but will start in earnest after I get back to my home office tomorrow.
For tonight as I get ready to board my final leg from O'Hare to Charlotte, please do yourself a favor and check your passport, your Global Entry/TSA, all of your IDs.
I needed these trips for inspiration and added motivation for some large projects I'm taking on almost singlehandedly.
My mission and purpose have never been more clear. It's obvious to me what I must do... That which is uniquely mine to take on and provide to those counting on my leadership and steady, courageous guidance.
For tonight I will travel home. Back to my own bed after 19 nights away.
I hope Tomorrow is ready for what I have planned.
