On Executive Coaching: An important reminder

This week again, I am reminded what an incredible opportunity, privilege and responsibility it is to work with such accomplished, high-performing clients.

While their individual circumstances and objectives vary, they share several common markers. All very positive.

⭐ They are thoughtful and introspective. While there can be 'venting' it is in a spirit of discovering productive ways to overcome these challenges where no one suffers. This is beyond 'win-win'. This is restructuring an OS.

πŸ₯‡ They are good, kind people who I am able to help realize and remember how incredibly valuable they are and how tremendous their accomplishments and contributions to others, in and out of the workplace, are to so many.
