On Our Week Ahead at #FSG:
Based on the presentation '7 Secret Success Strategies' last week at our #DealerTraining with Cherokee Media Group, I thought you would be interested in another behind- the-scenes look at a week at Foster Strategies Group:

#1 CLIENT SUCCESS STRATEGIES
👉Moving our clients, individually and collectively into a greater spotlight. We increase their visibility to a wider audience, taking the awareness of their current audience of Clients and Prospects to a position of deeper understanding.

👉🚀 By doing this faster, it is more profitable than traditional 'Marketing' efforts. Our Clients gain a competitive advantage and increase their position with #Investors.

⭐We provide platforms to successfully attract more clients, in less time, at favorable pricing and enhanced results for all. This creates a more agile environment for all of their Sales efforts and Sales!

#2 STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
👉 We have a continuous pipeline, more like a flywheel!, of learning about new companies and intentionally taking our knowledge of them to a deeper level.

⭐Level 1: Identifying and Awareness
companies of interest. Some we find, some come our way via conferences, colleagues or their reach out.
The last few conferences have provided multiple companies we are exploring further.

⭐Level 2: Education and Demo
We are in this phase with two companies this week.
We listen and learn quickly and thoughtfully to see if synergy exists. At times, we have to repeat or request to go further with additional leaders on our calls.

⭐Level 3: Partnership/Allyship Diagnostics
Everyone we meet is wonderful! There are endless incredible people building amazing products and solutions.
Here, we take the time to review these towards our Strategic Vision and cut through to define the strength and potential of a Partnership.

⭐Level 4: Collaboration Foundation
We are working out final logistics for partnerships with 2 new companies currently.

Adding these two to our current mix is exciting- and our goal is always to get these relationships right, early.

Since we are Strategists, we lay out a plan everyone understands and contributes to our shared success.

🚀 Level 5: Launch! And the real work begins/continues!

#3 GROW!
👏👏👏With the increased demand for GROW!, I have firm time now until launch for all of the pieces which will constitute this platform.

🎯 Our first Group Coaching with GROW! will take place in June and sponsors are calling to support.

#4 EXECUTIVE COACHING
👉 Due to the serious nature of these efforts, I keep my Coaching Client Status to 4 or 5. These hours are important to my HCE Executives and require 20 hours+ of each month. I have 5 sessions this week.

📈 In addition to providing this service, Coaching these professionals keeps me deeply rooted to the current state of affairs in our leaders' worlds.
