On The Real Cost of SEM and Brilliant Sales Pitches:
Since when did everyone buy into the 'cheap' Cost-Per-Impressions and Clicks story and not evaluate the total cost per interaction and transaction?

After hearing one more, "but it's only...x per click or impression" it's clear we need to hit the brakes.
