On the Word 'Busy': And Why I'm Going to Choose To Stop Using It Intentionally.

For this weekend I want you to contemplate the use and overusage of this word. From others, from yourself? Don't judge it, just observe it.

How is it a cop out?

How does it emote self-congratulations or self-flagellation?

How does this embed conceit or victimization into our conversations?

How does this intentionally or unintentionally push away others giving them toask for your help? Or offer theirs?

How do you feel when I even suggest that we stop using this word?

"But you don't understand how overwhelmed I am?"

Of course I care.
But why are you 'overwhelmed'?

What were your choices?
Why this word?

Where is the power in these words?

Where is the strategy or plan?

Where is the ownership?

Where is these stability?

I made a conscious effort to stop using the word busy a while back but I'm sure you can go back in my posts and still find it.

As I contemplate the remarkable opportunities at hand, I say to you,

πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰πŸ‘‰ "Everything is progressing exactly as desired!"πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ
