Hopping in my car to head to Atlanta just as the first drops of Hurricane/Tropical Storm arrive in Charlotte.

As I pass through Greenville I'll go ahead and send a shout out to my friends there including Foster McKissick, Ariel Lee, @Michael Tadie and more.

My business call list already has 6 or 7 people I need to talk to and that should fill much of the 4 hour plus drive.

Tomorrow there are a few openings if you'd like to chat, otherwise I'll be filling it with some great podcasts I've been wanting to catch up on.

Imagine making a wonderful connection online through covid and finally meeting them in real life on your trip back home from Atlanta in Greenville.

Ariel Lee... I'm so grateful you were able to meet up this drizzly Friday night. Yes you said yourself a few times today yes it was gross outside but it was crazy warm and beautiful in my heart driving home after meeting you.

You are a remarkable talent, a generous spirit, an enthusiastic and fearless professional and a wonderful human being.

Always remember who you are! Because we sure do!

In 30 hours of a whirlwind trip so many amazing things happened. I'm so grateful you were a huge part of this trip up and down 85 :)

We did it! Alexi Venneri is one of the most powerful forces inside the entirety of automotive and I've watched her impact continue to grow over the years.

Meeting in person as we were both heading in separate directions, she asked me to join her team and their clients for one of the most fabulous dinners. Of course I said yes! It was one of the best groups I've ever had the privilege to join.

Such a remarkable group of people... And such a lively conversation. Or conversations... because you could hardly hear for all of the enthusiastic talk. The hallmark of a successfull event!

Digital Air Strike, the company she founded and still leads, continues to set their own course and stay agile with the market. And yet they continue to do so with their signature care and delivery for their #Dealer client's needs and results.
