Please consider eliminating the words 'Desk Manager'.
This phrase has slowly devolved into a role.
You can see it being played out with people walking straight to the 
long wall of desks with a barrier to their teams, locked behind this 
'wall', managing computer screens and paper, not people.
This is not helping us go forward powerfully.
Rather, it reinforces old behaviors and does not introduce or develop 
skills we need for today's leaders.
Sometimes a simple thing like changing one word can change everything.
