Let's be careful to avoid implied 'blame' when we use phrases like 'The Great Resignation'. Your employees aren't literally simply vanishing.
Rather they are actively choosing to pursue better options for their careers.

🎯 Career Mobility
🎯 PTO - (realistic based on their time in career and effort- not an antiquated 'one-size-fits-all' even for junior team mates!)
🎯 Flexible workplace Options
🎯 Company Culture
🎯 Talented and Thoughtful Leaders...
and
🎯Compensation- yes, Compensation is not the first thing at all.
However, as your people watch new hires brought in with more desirable Comp, PTO, etc, and they have been the ones pulling the company forward through thick and thin- obviously they will seek fairness or more.
Be PROACTIVE and let's work on...
